在面试中你会被问到这个相对容易的问题，当被问到关于自身优势的问题时

说出自己的品质非常重要：

A. self-motivated

（具有"自我激励"的品质会不断使你在工作中取得进步） 　　B. hard working and honest

（所有的雇主都喜欢"努力而诚实"的人，无论交付什么事情，都能让老板放心）

C. look for better ways of doing the work

（这证明你是个爱思考而且聪明的人，总是"寻找更好的做事方法"）

Sample Answer:

I do believe I possess lots of strengths. First, I have formed a habit of working under great pressure, I am a hard working man; Second, I am independent, and always try to use my own methods to solve problems; Third, I am honest.
